Carefully consider your detox organs (especially liver) before beginning DMSA.

I do not wish to be negative to Cutler, his protocols are much, much better than your basic MD, but IMO he does not understand nor stress the need for liver cleansing. Starting chelation without a strong liver is dangerous--stirs up toxins which bounce around causing damage because the liver detox pathways are not operating efficiently.

Consider than anyone with hv metal toxicity probably needs liver cleansing, this is probably why they are toxic, impaired liver function. The chicken or egg question: did impaired liver function cause hv metals to accumulate or did hv metals cause liver problems. Either way, its very important to have your liver working well to successfully detox hv metals.

Consider Liver Cleansing BEFORE DMSA.

Been there done that!
