i am breaking the fast today, i am really really hungry, so i had a few bites of spinich and a few bites of bread today, lol i was craving fresh spinich and bread ;) i do feel good... i will do this againg in 6 months, i think 4 days is all i can do for now, but it was a good start. thanks to all that helped!
