I guess I'll eat tomorrow =/ I guess I should feel good to have gone 27 days but I wish I could take it to 30 but If my body is craving I should listen.

any suggestions on finishing up the remainder 20 lbs I want to loose I will be eating vegan for awhile, and I excersise alot. Should I do anything else to help my progress along
