yeah, thanks though...you must be a wonderful person to help everyone like this. Thank you for all your time and efforts herein.

I'm psyching myself up for another one...21 days i hope...who knows, 30 days? I ate seedless Watermelon often to help me through some of the days...i must check into the herbal tea additions too.
