HELLO LIVING WATER,
You are doing wonderful. I wish I was as far along as you on my fast. HMMM salt water flush. Yes I have done it. It does produce results, but I don't use it because many time I have done it and I have gotten puffy and retained fluid. I do not know why this happened. They say it isn't suppose to. My opinion? I am not convinced that the body doesn't absorb some of the salt. It did with me, so I try to stay away from it. I think it is ok once in a while, but I wouldn't use it on a daily basis. HOWEVER, that being said, some people to use it frequently with no problems. I am just not one of those people.
