I am hypoglycemic. I have many times gotten ~this~ close to passing out and have actually blacked out many times (once while I was crossing the street). But fasting has never caused me problems. I think if anything, it regulates my blood sugar. Apples, themselves, are excellent at regulating your blood sugar. hth:)
