thank you for writting to me. It is day three now and i am feeling good. I keep telling myself I will start seeing the weight come off but sometimes I wonder if just having fruit juice can make you thin. It sounds too good to be true. I'm afraid that if I lose the weight it will be water weight and I will just gain it back when I start eating solid foods. Do you know anything about that. Thank you for your support-
