hi,

whenever i feel dehydrated i drink a big tall glass of ozonated water and that cures the problem every time. ozonated water seems to hydrate my body in a deep deep level that regular water or juice does not. if i drink ozonated water regularaly i never get dehydrated. check out the oxygen therapy forum if you want more info on this.
