Dear Livingwater,

How are you? I am expriencing the same. I feel so dry especailly after waking up. my skin is dry and looks bad. I think it is because of detox. We need to drink a lot of water. Do you drink warm lemon water early morning. You will feel better.
I am expriencing second cycle of cleaning. My liver is in strong detox.,, I can feel the pain. I start to grow wheatgrass yesterday and will add wheatgrass juice to speed my detox.

I belive juice fasting can clean liver. Liver Flush is too strong for me and and I feel it might harm my kidney. I really wish this juice fasting can do all the jobs.
