Hey Chardy,
Thanks for that confirmation. I have been researching the bowels and have come to the conclusion that the enema is in fact the best way to go. I dont want to consume anything that will start digestion and make me hungry. So I guess for now...the enema bag will be my best friend LOL. How are you doing and what? Are you fasting?
