I am on day 30. Yesterday, no BM, so feel headache today. But my energy is high. Today, I attended 3 meetings (hosted 2),and did not feel any bit of fatigue.All my colleauges looked tired at the end of day.
I am still in the process of detox.. 30-day is not enough.. keep continue then.

wish all the people here on fasting go all well!
