No, as the Psyllium and Betonite shakes actually induce digestion, which you don't want. Plus many people go into very strong healing crisis when they do the combination of fasting and P&B, feeling sick round the clock. It's not recommended to do the P&B shakes during a fast.

The sodium of the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) runs through the system and does not stay in your body. It is expelled in the Bowel Movement, so you do not have to worry about the sodium.
