From my experience, unpleasant spells (and I've had some humdingers!) during a fast means my body is doing good work... better out than IN! The good news--the more cleansing I do, the easier it gets and the longer the benefits last!

Yes, I will definitely break easy for about three days to a week, and will continue to eat a cleansing/rebuilding diet until my next go in about a month.
