This morning I had my usual lemon water. I juiced a grapefruit for a walk. Before I took a nap, I had cucumber-apple and I just juiced two cucumbers, collards,cilantro and tomatoes to take to work. I added some fresh aloes to it with a cayenne pepper capsule for cleansing.
