Hey! Good to see you, Ren!!

We are ALL rootin' for you, and let me tell you, things look pretty good here from Day 7! I am getting in clothes I haven't worn in quite a while, have energy to spare and am really enjoying my juices!

Is there a reason you are not doing fruits in the AM? Yeast? That's the only reason I can think of for skipping them... they are the big cleansers, and YUMMMMY to boot!

What kind of juicer do you have? Did you get the book, do some homework? Feeling more confident about this project? We are here to help!
