I second that motion about the wonderful benefits of fasting. It will be a part of my life from now on, and I am very interested (once I get my main garbage cleared up) in fasting one day per week, three per month and ten days twice a year. This makes sense to me!

Enjoy your trip! I will be up there in a couple of weeks with the big trees myself, quite a contrast with the Mexican desert I live in! I look forward, and will also break off my fasting series during my trip, and will see about continuing when I get back in October. I have made big progress in my colon cleansing over the past few years, and will turn 50 October 2 with a clean, pink colon, my main goal!
