Hello,

I am looking at doing the fast for 12 days, that would put me at Sunday. I am going camping in the Sequoias next week for a couple of days, and need to be able to eat veges and stuff. I am so happy being on the juice fast that I want to do another in a couple of weeks. Would definitely start the once a week fast too.

My friend said, Health is wealth, I said your damn right ...and sipped my freshly squeezed oj.
I am truly one who already has gained greatly from this fast, and only seven days. I approach the fast as a challenge with wonderful rewards, juicing is amazing.
