Carlos did great, broke with homemade veggie soup and really enjoyed it! We shall see if his appetite problem is cured.

I drank pineapple/orange all day yesterday (3 glasses) and felt very satisfied. I think I needed the extra energy to start my period last night, VERY easy, clean and uneventful (before my mega cleanses I used to have dramatic periods that would nearly send me to the ER in the middle of the night).

Feeling sluggish, but otherwise fine! I will have a glass of pineapple/orange and decide what to juice next. This is why I love the MC--it's a no-brainer--but on the other hand, the variety of juices can be pretty wonderful.
