Thanks everyone for your kind words! I made it through a rough night. Kept waking up from the pain. But it gave me a chance to keep flushing with water (thanks Somer for the reminder) and this morning, only my shoulders and upper arms ache. I'm taking it easy today. The only driving I'll be doing is to and from school!

Scale stayed put this morning, but I had a huge drop yesterday so that's to be expected. Feeling really GOOD about what we're doing and like I can go on forever. Finished re-reading both of my fasting books, and now I'm going to start on my raw books (no recipe books yet, or I'll start salivating).
