I did the Master-Cleanse cleanse for 8 days, took a week off and then did a 5 days juice fast. I found the juice fast was much easier in terms of preparation. On the Master-Cleanse I was constantly buying and juicing lemons and worrying about being in a situation without having the lemonade. I don't juice own a juicer yet, so I buy it several juices throught out the day. During the Master-Cleanse my abdomen was flat, empty and I felt light, thin. During the juice fast I felt very bloated.
