For me, when I have any sort of pain in my body I know I'm dehydrated. As soon as I up my water intake seriously, pain goes away. You are drinking three quarts a day of juice, but could you add more water? If you could drink half your body weight in ounces in water a day, it might help. I know that's a lot of liquid, but it might be worth a try.
