I am contemplating doing a juice fast to not only lose unwanted weight, but to detox my body of impurities, but I am confused as to where I begin. Do I need to do a liver and kidney flush before doing the fast? I don't want to harm my body, so I am searching for some good advice. Also, if I have to do the flush before hand, can anyone give me the instructions, and recipes to do the flush? Very Confused....
