Well, today looks like it will be day 1 for me. My son (11) suggested I just start this morning, and it certainly feels right. I was not feeling well yesterday, so I didn't eat much.

I have about 8 lbs. of oranges and 2 pounds of frozen cranberries. I think I'll start with those. I'll have to go shopping for some greens as the family finished them off last night (salad night).

Anyone else towards the beginning of a fast? Or starting in the next few days?
