Hello,

Currently I am on day 16 of a 30 day juice fast. I too am trying to reset my body equilibrium. Mostly, I am doing this to hopefully stay off antidepressants and to lose weight. If you need a buddy...you got it, however, I post frequently on the fasting for weightloss forum. People respond quicker there. If you are interested I'll post with you on that forum. This is my first time fasting as well:)
