Well good luck - I'm happy to say that I am full of energy today, in good spirits, and have already had two glasses of jouce and it's only 5:30pm. So for me that is an accomplishment. Thanks for the advice and I already know that this was a great advantage for me to do this so young...I'm 20 and I don't know if I had many toxins in my body to get rid of, not having the cold sweats, bad odor, and Acne that I have read about, but I definetely got rid of something the night of day 3 when I felt to sick. So a couple more days and I'll be back to normal eating, but I feel so much better about myself already! Good luck!
