Thanks for your reply. Yes this is my first fast, and now I am on day 5. I am only doing it for a week because I just want to try it out and cleanse, just see how it goes. My stomach is feeling a lot better now but I am very weak. I have been sleeping a lot, and I think that you were right that I am not drinking enough juice. I only had two drinks yesterday, and both were in the evening, so perhaps I will drink 3 or 4 today and see how I feel. Then just two more days and I'm done. Why are you fasting for 30 days? What kind of juices are you drinking most? Thanks so much for your help.
