Dr. Cranton, I believe was talking about the ineffectiveness of oral EDTA because of being destroyed by stomach acids. I have also read that the oral EDTA is not effective.
In the previous post by Rahi, recommending Detoxamin, it is a suppository that is not effected by stomach acids. You can go to http://www.road-to-health.com/am/publish/article_147.shtml and read about another EDTA suppository called Medicardium which is similar to Detoxamin.
Are the suppositories as effective as IV EDTA? That I don't know. But it might be worth a try.
