Hi Somer, I was wondering if you had ever tried Cascara Segrada, it is working pretty well for me. I have been doing colonics off and on for the last few months. I know...off and on is not so good. But this week I decided to get serious and started a Bowel Cleanse with apple juice and fiber five times a day for three days, and four the remaining four vegetables and on to fruit. I have heard mixed things abou the Cascara, can be addictive?? It works great though. I am on the third day and the headaches are horrible, hopefully that will go away soon. It sounds like you are doing great! I am very interested in a juice fast, if I survive this one!!
