honey is a natural sweetener, i think its pretty safe to use unfiltered honey, molasses and sucanat. im not sure about the molasses but i know it has fewer calories than honey if you were interested in cal. count at all. i use honey or raw natural Sugar in a few of my teas on juice fasts.
