Hi
I am juice fasting while doing colon cleanse. I am taking blessed herbs protocol, I think it is similar to Dr schulze protocol.
Having all that fiber I do not feel hungry at all. I have passed a lot of Mucoid plaque ( nasty stuff) and I am glad I am getting rid od that.

For energy, I just drink more juice. Today is my 3th day.
So far, very good

I hope you also do fine.
