I was so surprised to see so many responses. Monica, Mike, Megan, Cyborg... I am so glad that there are all of you out there. I do so much better if there are others that know exactly what you are feeling like. I went shopping today for my goods.
So, did any of you do a prefast with just fruit and vegees? On the other two times that I fasted I did a 3day bulking diet. I admit that I have not done anything to prepare. I know that people start The Master Cleanse without doing prep, and it seems to work ok. Any thoughts and experiences on this? Will I pay for not weening a bit?

So, just to let you all know. I am in Spain, so my hours will be a bit different.
