Hi everyone!
Tomorrow I am begining a juice fast. Is there anyone else out there right now fasting? I would love to be able to have some support.
I have done two small juice fasts before. One for 7 days and one for 3. The 7 day fast was so fantastic and I was so energized. I have been feeling very down lately--stress has gotten the best of me. I have been sick, eating poorly, and now sleeping. Overall I look and feel sick. I am looking at doing about a week.
Hoping for some chat buddies.
