Thanks Shelley Cat! You went out of your way for me and it makes me feel loved!

I am on day 8 of the juice fast! Boy, am I getting cravings still, but I'm doing okay....I am really enjoying coconut water in addition to my veggie juices and I've lost a total of 10 pounds in 8 days! My fiance has lost 13 pounds in eight days!

So, we're still in heavy detox, but my energy level was much improved today!

Thx again...I'll keep taking my medication for now!
