Those are some great great ideas. I will do those things(although I am a little afraid of giving myself an enema!)

Do you or anyone else know if it's okay to take medication while on a juice fast? Mine is called "dostinex" which is to help shrink my pituitary tumor. I have modified my fast the two days a week that I take the meds so I can stomach the med. It's weird though putting that toxin in, when I'm working on cleaning them out!!! The medication has helped me a lot, though, so I may wait a bit before quitting it.

Other question...Have any of you lost weight on the juice fast? We are losing like crazy! I hope to look good in my wedding dress as well as feel healthy!!!!
