Good day! I'm on Day 2 of a 40 day MC, but have juice fasted in the past. I'm thinking of breaking my Master-Cleanse with a short juice fast to transition "high raw".

Your program sounds interesting, and I might try it sometime. For now, the longest I've water fasted is 20 hours at a time. When I'm able to stay home, and I'm having a serious cleansing reaction, I try to Water Fast for the rest of the day.

What are you trying to accomplish with your fasting? I have about 70 pounds to lose, and am also trying to detox from 5 years of 9 prescription meds.
