I included the total protocol above, but I will add, that I have done the flushes without the apple juice for 3 days, and my results were still good. For your parents and husband, perhaps the apple juice will be helpful, but for a regular flusher, I don't know that it will make a lot of difference.

Also, I appreciate the fish oil suggestion. I have some liquid EFA's but I haven't used them yet. Unfortunately, it seems any extra EFA's w3's and w6's both really dry out my skin when I use them. I don't know why yet. I eat plenty of wild caught fish, and I'm sure I get w6's when I eat out even though I don't use it at home. Perhaps when my fat digestion is improved I can try it.
