OK, so let me get this straight, is this what you do?

1. Don't eat for 2 hours prior to flush (non fat meal? or does that matter?)
2. What time do you take the magnesium or does that matter?
3. An hour later you take your oil, juice, HCI & Ornithine???
4. How long does the "poopy" last? same like HC flush, 1.5 days or shorter?
5. Stones collected eat breakfast right away or how many hours after waking?


sorry for being anal but I'm trying to instruct my senior citizen parents on this and I have to be very specific. thanks a million this seems much easier!
