I totally agree with you, i think the way you treat yourself especially in your mind has an effect with the overall health of your body.
I am a born worrier and have suffered from depression, i know that these things have made me have the health issues i have and my skin like it is. I have learned to try and love myself what ever and to try to stop thinking how unfair it all is, and why me ! When i am happier and confident and think everything will be okay my skin is much better and i look healthier :)
Its hard work for me to try and be positive all the time, but i keep trying and i hope to heal my body by making my mind healthy :)
I am also doing Liver Flushes x
