'Tis always best to listen to your own 'doctor within', more than anybody else. If you feel the Liver Flush is too harsh for you right now, then 'too harsh' it is :)

I haven't read all the rest of the posts to see if anyone has mentioned it, but there are several herbs that aid in cleansing the liver, if ever you feel the need.
