I think I'll hold off on the liver flush, my naturopath examined me a month ago and said I didn't need it, and she would know my case better than anyone. Plus my intuition is telling me no, and I usually find my intuition is right! :) I'll look into the lymp massage though - I do get a deep tissue massage every week, however, and I think the person I go to for that also does lymph massages - I'll ask her about it, she's really wonderful for these things.

But as for the mask, I'm very interested - has anyone tried it? I'd hate to order it and then find out it actually makes Acne worse!
