I've already done cleansing under the supervision of a naturopath, and I still continue to take a cleansing herbal tonic (with milk thistle, slipply elm, calendula and 5 other herbs). My colon is also clean, I finished cleansing my colon a long time ago, and as I said, I'm on an extremely high-fibre vegan diet and have been for over a year, which would prevent more build-up. My naturopath examined me and said my organs are all clean now, my main problem is acid build-up in the muscle tissue, which we're working on detoxing now.

But the blackheads on my T-zone are very large and deep, and thus concern me - some have even come out as cysts, and although once the cyst is gone so is the blackhead, it leaves behind a scar. Any help is appreciated!!
