Don't be discouraged it is a difficult challenge.We'll try to find the solution.This sounds like you have an extra sensitive irritation on the colon.This can be caused by a constant stress(understandable) an allergy to certain foods or digestive problems.Please send me ALL the liquids and foods you have at each meal.Also the information on the vitamin E label.All of the medications or substances you are now using.sheldon
