Make sure you use organic potatos, just peel off any damaged potato skin, you can keep the potato whole but I tend to chop them up to eat -- if you can't tolerate potatos yet just use the juice. You should wait around 15+ mins, til the potatos are firm and can be sliced with ease but without completely breaking down.
