Hi Christina,

I took the Rowasa enemas that the doctor prescribed, for 2 weeks, but after 2 weeks discontinued all meds, took the E enemas at night (even while on vacation), and kept on with Sheldon’s instructions, following the 6 day diet to the letter. I thought I took good notes, but can't find anything on how many Vit E I took...I'm thinking 12 to 14, but Sheldon might have said that I didn't have to take that many.
I bought the Vitamin E 400-IU d-alpha tocopheryl from Vitamin World, buy 1 get 1 free, so that was a good deal.

I hope you will try Sheldon's diet for 6 days. It's only 6 days, and it worked for me and for so many others, it can't hurt anything. Please let all the forum know if this helps. I'll be thinking of you both.
