hey thanks a lot....its really nice how u guys reply n help..its really sweet..i know m getting all emotional..but this is how Acne makes u...so helpless...n panicky...so u ppl seem like angels...:)..okay..i won go on...but what kinda herbal enema do u take?..also..what is the colon cleaning programm u followed...the problem is i don get half the stuff mentioned in this forum here in india...no colonics....i haveta use enema...now how best i can use it..i need help on that
