update: I am doing good. It seems like i have gone down to one trip to the bathroom a day. I still have huge problems with gases making me feel bloated. Stool becomes more and more formed. I do still see some blood. I do still have some itching on my left side while the stool passes by and i still believe this is because the colon is not healed yet.

Can you tell me what is the logic behind the vitamin E enemas? I know it is a powerful antioxidant but it seems like the enema reaches only the lower part of the colon. Would it be better to have the enema cover more area in the colon? I do not know i am just wondering. Is it absorbed to the blood and/or works directly on the tissue?

question about the diet: Is it possible to add honey to the diet? I need to add a lot of calories to the diet and honey seems like a good way to do so. I have already added olive oil but i think i need more fat.
