I have not used any prescription medication or the vit E enema in over 25 years.During this time all my colonoscopies have shown no polyps or problems and my blood tests have all been good.The hepatitis C has disappeared from my blood.My medical records prove this.Every colon condition is different.However,from my own and other experiences the procedure should be tried for the earliest positive results then used for a base from which you can you can later test other diet foods one at a time.Let Your colon be your judge.Stool form,blood and number of bowel movements will point the way.My entire colon was severely damaged with 2 strictures.If I eat fruit, I will lose stool form.I eat bananas,walnuts and small amounts of raw vegetables.I still eat many cooked vegetables with every meal and use the procedure diet as a guide.I eat in restaurants and lead a normal life.I still drink distilled water.No processed food.My diet provides the proper environment for growth of good bacteria.UC taught me "you are what you eat".As you can see at this site,most if not all users of the procedure get a positive result.However,the most important and helpful information is the final result which is seldom posted.Please keep us informed. sheldon
