You are doing the procedure correctly.The gas is probably because your colon has not adjusted to your high fiber diet.It may take two months.In the meantime,you will be living a normal life and eating a very healthy diet.As your colon heals,you should gain weight.The colon heals slowly.Good report.sheldon

The right kind of fats will come from cold water fish,eggs,olive oil and chicken.
