Hi Bambs
With Regards to my routine I basically did a Bowel Cleanse and followed Dr Clarks Liver Flush and my diet is as much vegetables, fruit, water as I can consume, For protein I eat chicken and nuts. I didn't do a kidney cleanse, but I honestly dont think I need too. I did my first 5 liver flush's only 7 days apart, my last flush was very successfull, it hasn't totally cleared me up, but I can see such a improvement, no new Acne for the last 7 days or so, I dont use anything except water on my skin and I wash with a natural soap. For the Liver Flush I use lemons instead of grapefruit, I also use a enema the following day, my first flush I didn't use a enema and I had a reaction to the toxins I was flushing out. After trying Antibiotics and herbal remedy's over the last 16 years this has been the only thing that has truely made me feel happy again, I didn't realise till after I done this cleasing how unhappy my Acne made me feel.
