Isn't the paper interesting? It explains why your procedure with vitamin E may be beneficial for the colon to heal.

I have one more question. You said to use 10 caps of vitamin E in 1.5 tablespoon of distilled water and it is the same as the volume of corticoid enema. I believe the volume of corticoid enema is larger than 1.5 tablespoon. Am i right or wrong?

I just want to clarify if my procedure is correct. Unfortunately i do not have an enema bulb but i have a container after Rowasa enema (60ML). I fill a half of the container with distilled water and then 10 caps of vitamin E. Is that fine? Is it too much of water?

update: Veggies seem to stop my diarrhea. It has been 5th day on the diet. Stool is not bond as much as i would like it to be. Average 3 trips to the bathroom everyday.
